The load
Shippers, consignees, extra stops, customer charges, and carrier pay on the same load. Search by name, city, customer, PO, or BOL.
Paper that moves
Rate confirmations to sign, bills of lading, and a document review that files the NOA, the carrier invoice, and the POD.
Who gets paid
A factor on the carrier. The notice is stamped on the invoice. A broker chooses the payee when the carrier bill comes in.
The office
Commissions, spreadsheet import, and a way to mark a customer or a carrier paid.
A price that stays put
Strategy Systems publishes a start at $165 a month. Small fleet systems often land near $100. McLeod, EZ Loader, and LoadStop quote the office, and a full broker suite can pass $1,000 a month once seats and EDI are counted. These DirectTMS numbers are the plan. Nothing is billed yet.
